The mission of the "Busy Bees" is to help people inside and outside the Church and consists of a number of our church ladies.  These ladies come together once each month to visit shut-ins, nursing facilities, hospitals and homes of those who are either ill or unable to get around for whatever the reason. They send out cards to those needing an uplifting message, make phone calls to ensure others know they are being thought of and loved, distribute baskets and gifts that they have created themselves.  They also create other items that will be sold at various events and fundraisers throughout the year. Proceeds of these sales go right back into the Church and the community and into the hearts and hands of those needing a little help. Whether the specific need is gas for their car or food for their table, the Busy Bees are always there to lend a helping hand.  And sometimes they even get together just to spend time with one another at various locations in the community.
